Our production facility is located in Rawlins, Wyoming.
Customer service hours are from 9 am to 6 pm MST Monday through Friday;and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday. Our phone number is (435) 656-4714.
We do take phoned-in Visa & MasterCard orders at our customer service desk.
Please note: our customer service representative wears several hats and it is possible to get our answering machine. If you do get the answer service, please leave your name and phone number and we will return the call to you.
We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service.
Customers have the option of choosing the from the following two shipping priorities:
1. Priority Mail
Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in 1 to 3 days.
An order with a shipping weight of 1 pound or under (a couple of game calls) costs approximately $6.00
2. Express Mail
Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in under 24 hours.
An order with a shipping weight of 1/2 pound or under will cost approximately $16.50 postage.
Foreign Orders are welcome!
Our shopping cart will easily guide international orders through completion.
We recommend Express International Shipping. It costs just a bit more, but you get a tracking number from USPS.com
We’ve shipped predator calling products worldwide.
We accept payment through VISA, MasterCard, Checks, Bank Drafts, and Money Orders drawn on US funds.
Our Return & Refund Policy
We pledge to you that we will do all within our power to make your shopping experience on Dan Thompson Game Calls a hassle-free and pleasant experience.
We will provide a full 100 percent refund or we will replace with a like item, on all returned items postmarked within 14 days of purchase — meeting the following criteria:
- Any product damaged in shipment.
- Must be unused, returned in original packaging and mailing container.
- Any product which has manufacturing defects.
- Must be returned with original packing.
- If you make a mistake and order the wrong item, we will exchange as long as unopened
Once the package is opened, a game call cannot be resold for obvious health reasons.
- We will only refund/exchange game calls in unopened packages.
- We will not provide refunds for damage due to intentional misuse or accidental damage by the customer.
- All returned items must be accompanied with:
- Phone Number
- Email (optional)
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for return
Note: We will not accept items mailed “Postage Due” and we do not refund shipping charges.
Dan Thompson Game Calls will not be responsible for any accident or death, unintentional or otherwise, caused by the use of any item purchased from our online store.
Game calls often contain small components which are choking hazards to children.
We never release any customer data (email, address, name, product purchaser info, etc.) to third parties.
We strive for 100-percent accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and product photographs. However, product contents, specifications, designs, and prices can change without notice.
We are human, and may make typos and errors on occasion. Our goal is zero pricing errors and we are confident we have none. In the event one is detected by a customer we reserve the right to make price adjustments at our discretion.
