This package is identical in performance and capability to the Western Pack other than it is designed specifically for the Eastern States where cottontail rabbits are the more prevalent food source for predatory animals.

Again the Red Desert Howler is the core piece of equipment in this package for its ability to so closely mimic all sounds to which predators are attracted (rabbit, deer, antelope, cow, calf and bull elk, ducks, geese, cranes, and woodpeckers) as well as all coyote communication sounds (all howls, yips, barks, ki-yi’s etc.) and does so with rich natural sounds from quality hardwood; not plastic substitutes.

Since this package is designed for the Eastern States we have included our Weems replica cottontail enclosed reed call which is also made from quality hardwood and is hand tuned before it leaves our shop. Besides the variety of animal sounds that are easily made on this howler (just like the Red Desert howler) the Sweetwater howler does it at a higher pitch and is therefore a very effective female howler and in many cases is less intimidating than the male howler to younger coyotes.
